Uttarakhand: CM Dhami reached Munsiyari, met ITBP soldiers and local people

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami arrived in Munsyari on a day-long visit on Tuesday. Upon arrival at the helipad (Government Girls Inter College, GGIC), District Magistrate Ashish Kumar Bhatgangai welcomed the CM. Police officers also presented a guard of honor to the CM.

CM Meets Locals in Munsyari
After reaching Munsyari, CM Dhami met with locals. The CM stated that the state government’s goal is to ensure that the light of development reaches every person and that the people of border areas receive basic amenities. The CM assured the public that the government is continuously committed to the overall development of border areas.

CM Dhami Also Met with ITBP Jawans
After meeting with the villagers, the CM visited the ITBP’s 14th Battalion, Munsyari Post. There, the jawans presented a guard of honor to the CM. The CM met with the jawans and praised their contribution to border security. The CM said that the country is safe only because of their sacrifice, discipline, and dedication.

Discussed development plans with local public representatives. After meeting with the soldiers, the CM also met with local public representatives and social workers. During the meeting, he discussed in detail the ongoing development plans, public problems, and infrastructure needs in the area and directed officials to expedite public welfare work.
