Uttarakhand: Major reshuffle in the police department: Captains of many districts replaced

A major reshuffle has taken place in the Uttarakhand Police. The SSPs of several districts, including Nainital, have been replaced. The list was released late Monday evening.

SSPs Changed in Several Districts

Late Monday evening, the SSPs of several districts (Uttarakhand IPS-ASPs Transfer) were replaced. The government transferred a total of 16 IPS and 8 ASP officers. According to the order, Nainital SSP Prahlad Narayan Meena has been appointed SP Vigilance.

Pauri SSP Lokeshwar has been given the responsibility of Superintendent of Police (Headquarters). Chamoli SP Sarvesh Panwar has been appointed SSP of Pauri district. Furthermore, Uttarkashi SP Sarita Doval has been given the responsibility of Superintendent of Police (Intelligence Headquarters).
