Congress to celebrate Uttarakhand Silver Jubilee in grand manner, list of programmes released from November 1 to 14

The Congress, which is the opposition party in Uttarakhand, has decided to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the state’s formation with great pomp and show. The Congress will celebrate the Silver Jubilee fortnight for 14 days, organizing various events across the state. The Congress has already prepared a program outline for this.

Tribute to the statehood activists will be paid at the Martyr’s Memorial on November 1st: Senior Vice President of the Congress Party, Suryakant Dhasmana, stated that various programs will be organized from November 1st to 14th to mark the 25th anniversary of the statehood. On November 1st, all senior Congress leaders will first visit the Martyr’s Memorial at the Dehradun courthouse to pay tribute to the statehood activists.

The following will be the program for November 2nd and 3rd: On November 2nd, all Block Congress Committee presidents will organize development seminars in their blocks to discuss the political and social conditions of the state. He also stated that on November 3rd, the District Congress Committees will distribute fruits to patients in hospitals in their respective districts and organize a district-level brainstorming session.

Participation in the special session on November 3 and 4: The Congress Legislature Party will participate in the special session of the State Assembly to be held on November 3 and 4 and present its views on behalf of the Congress. On November 5, all senior leaders will address a press conference. On November 6, State President Karan Mahara and Leader of the Opposition Yashpal Arya will visit Rampur Tiraha to pay tribute to the martyrs.

Statehood Celebrated by Cake Cutting: Suryakant Dhasmana stated that a conference will be held at the State Congress Headquarters on November 7. Similarly, on November 8, exhibitions will be held highlighting the achievements of the governments in power over the past 25 years. On November 9, the silver jubilee of the state’s formation will be celebrated by cutting a cake at the State Office. In the evening, fireworks will be displayed at the State Headquarters and all district and metropolitan areas.

Congress to hold ‘Jai Uttarakhand Jai Bharat’ Tiranga Yatra in 70 Assembly constituencies: Following this, the party will hold ‘Jai Uttarakhand Jai Bharat’ Tiranga Yatras in all 70 Assembly constituencies of the state from November 11th to 14th, communicating with the public and discussing future plans. According to Congress, the party will also participate in government events, but these events will be held above party politics.
