The game of illegal soil mining has started once again in the area. The soil mining mafia is gradually becoming active. In this sequence, the police administration took action in the Jhankiya police station area and seized a tractor-trolley carrying soil illegally.

The vehicle has been parked in the police station premises. This action has created panic among the people involved in illegal mining. The police administration has made it clear that no kind of illegal mining will be tolerated in the area. Deputy District Magistrate Khatima Tushar Saini said that if any complaint of such activities is received, strict action will be taken against the concerned persons and vehicles. He warned that the administration will keep a constant vigil and legal action will be taken against those involved in illegal mining. The local people have also appreciated this action of the administration and expressed hope that this will curb illegal soil mining in the area.
