Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami arrived in Haridwar to interact with saints and sages regarding the preparations for the Kumbh Mela proposed for 2027. Strict security arrangements were in place in Haridwar in view of the Chief Minister’s visit.

CM Dhami performs Rudrabhishek at Daksha Temple
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami first visited the ancient Daksha Temple in Kankhal. There, he performed Rudrabhishek and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva. The Chief Minister performed a havan (fire ritual) and puja (worship) at the temple, praying for the prosperity and well-being of the state. A ​​special atmosphere of religious fervor prevailed in the temple complex upon the Chief Minister’s arrival.

Meeting with Saints
After offering prayers at the temple, CM Dhami will interact with saints and sages regarding the preparations for the Kumbh Mela proposed for 2027. During this time, he will hold discussions with the saints so that necessary steps can be taken in a timely manner to make the Kumbh Mela grand, divine, and safe.
