Uttarakhand / Dehradun: Doctors and security personnel were assaulted at Doon Hospital; doctors have gone on strike

A dispute broke out between attendants and doctors at Doon Hospital in Dehradun late last night. The argument escalated quickly, leading to the attendants assaulting the doctors and security guards on duty. Following the incident, the doctors went on strike.

The incident occurred around 12 AM last night. According to reports, a dispute arose between the attendants and doctors during treatment in the emergency building. The argument quickly turned into a physical altercation, during which the attendants assaulted the doctors and security guards.

Doctors on Strike
Following the brawl, the hospital’s doctors went on strike. As a result, patients visiting the hospital are facing difficulties. The hospital management has taken notice of the matter. The doctors have also filed a complaint with the police.
