The police have achieved a major breakthrough in the recent murder case of Kabaddi player Rana Balachauria. Today, the Punjab Police’s Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) and Mohali Police conducted a joint operation on the Ambala highway, in which they killed the main accused in the Kabaddi player’s murder. Two police officers were also injured during the encounter and have been admitted to the hospital.

According to Punjab Police sources, there were a total of five shooters. Haripinder was killed in the encounter. Haripinder was a resident of Tarn Taran. The mastermind of the murder, Ashwinder, was arrested at Delhi Airport.
