Young man dies after surgery at Primus Hospital
According to reports, Ajay Sonkar (30), a resident of Kanwali Road, was admitted to Primus Hospital in Ladpur, Raipur, on December 16. Ajay underwent gallbladder surgery. Late that night, the doctors informed the young man’s family that Ajay had died after the operation.
Family creates a ruckus
Following the young man’s death, his family accused the doctors of negligence. They alleged that the doctors performed the surgery incorrectly, which led to Ajay’s death. After the post-mortem, the family staged a protest by placing the young man’s body on the road. A police team arrived at the scene after being informed. The family is demanding that the hospital be sealed.
