Asim Munir is ready to send the Pakistani army to end Hamas rule in Gaza, but Trump intervened, and now the matter is stalled over the issue of dollars

Former Pakistani military officer Adil Raja has made a major claim regarding General Asim Munir’s Gaza plan. Former Major Adil says that the Pakistani Army chief, Asim Munir, is under pressure regarding sending troops to Gaza against Hamas. Munir is facing pressure from the US to send troops to Gaza under the International Stabilization Force (ISF). On the other hand, Munir’s dilemma is that he doesn’t want to appear to be bowing to Israel in the eyes of Islamic forces. However, the matter has now boiled down to funding.
Adil Raja, who lives in the UK, said in a video that discussions on the Gaza issue are constantly taking place at the Army Headquarters in Rawalpindi. Recently, it was reported in the international media that Pakistan was ready to send its army to Gaza. The Pakistani Foreign Ministry denied this, but the truth is that the Pakistani Army could go to Gaza and dismantle Hamas’s base there.
Munir is under pressure
Adil says that Asim Munir has improved relations with the US in recent months. He even had lunch with Donald Trump. Now Trump is telling him to soften his stance towards Israel and send forces to Gaza. Munir appears to be succumbing to this pressure. He is constantly holding meetings with his officers on this matter, and two brigadiers have already been selected for the task.
Adil Raja claims that Asim Munir is not concerned about the anger of the Islamic world and his own country regarding negotiations with Israel. He is saying that this could generate significant revenue. Pakistan has demanded $10,000 per soldier for sending its army to Gaza. They want at least $8,000, but they are not getting it. This is where the whole matter is currently stuck.
What the Pakistani government is saying
The Pakistani Foreign Ministry said on Thursday that no decision has yet been made on sending troops to the International Stabilization Force (ISF) planned for Gaza. This statement comes amid speculation that Washington is pressuring Islamabad to join the mission.
The ISF is a key component of US President Donald Trump’s plan to end the Gaza conflict. It was part of a 20-point framework announced in September, which helped broker a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in October. The establishment of the ISF as a temporary multinational force was authorized. Pakistan had supported this proposal.
