The Uttarakhand Silver Jubilee Festival commenced on December 22nd at Joshiyara Parking, Uttarkashi, to mark the silver jubilee year of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. This three-day festival is being held from December 22nd to 24th, 2025.
Gangotri MLA Inaugurates the Event
Gangotri MLA Suresh Chauhan inaugurated the event. On this occasion, he also launched a digital exhibition showcasing Uttarakhand’s development journey through modern technology, interactive games, and digital media. He also viewed the exhibition put up by the Chief Guest and the Director General of Information.
Children and Women Showcase Their Talent on the First Day
On the first day of the festival, drawing, dance, and rangoli competitions were organized in the morning session, in which students from various schools in the district and women participated enthusiastically. Drawing kits and rangoli colors were provided to all participants for the drawing and rangoli competitions.
