Three young men in a car with a Delhi license plate were found to be heavily intoxicated while on their way to the Neelkanth Temple. Near Pipalkoti, these young men, driving recklessly, collided with another vehicle. The collision was so sudden that it caused chaos at the scene, although fortunately, a major accident was averted.

Drunk men collide with car
The car that the intoxicated men hit was carrying a revenue sub-inspector and a village panchayat development officer who were returning from a tehsil-level meeting. It is reported that the young men were heavily intoxicated, and their condition clearly indicated that they were not in a fit state to drive.

Claimed to be a Delhi Police sub-inspector
According to eyewitnesses, after the collision, one of the young men in the car claimed to be a sub-inspector in the Delhi Police and tried to throw his weight around. People nearby managed to control the situation. The officials did not sustain any serious injuries, but their vehicle was damaged.
