BJP state in-charge Dushyant Kumar Gautam has filed an FIR against Suresh Rathore, Urmila Sanawar, the Congress organization UKD, and several unknown individuals. He stated that he is being deliberately framed and defamed as part of a conspiracy. The complaint states that.. To, The Station House Officer, Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand Subject: Complaint against Suresh Rathore, former MLA, Jwalapur Assembly Constituency, Haridwar, and Urmila Sanawar / Actress Urmila Suresh Rathore, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, for systematically hatching a criminal conspiracy, creating false and fabricated audio and video recordings to tarnish my image, the image of the Bharatiya Janata Party, and other senior office bearers, spreading misinformation through social media, disturbing peace and order, inciting riots and disturbances in Uttarakhand and other states, and engaging in other criminal conspiracies. Sir, I respectfully submit that Suresh Rathore, former MLA of Jwalapur Assembly Constituency, and actress Urmila Sanawar are circulating videos on their social media handles. Upon watching and listening to these videos myself, and through information received from others, I learned that these audio and video recordings are related to the Ankita Bhandari murder case. In these audio and video recordings, the aforementioned individuals, in collusion with the Congress Party, Uttarakhand Kranti Dal, Aam Aadmi Party, and other individuals, have systematically hatched a criminal conspiracy, creating false and misleading videos to defame me, the Bharatiya Janata Party, and other senior office bearers. They have also attempted to falsely implicate me in the Ankita Bhandari murder case through a premeditated criminal conspiracy. Objectionable language has also been used in the aforementioned audio and video recordings. By circulating these videos, the aforementioned individuals, in collusion with the Congress Party, Aam Aadmi Party, Uttarakhand Kranti Dal, and other individuals, have systematically conspired to defame me and the Uttarakhand BJP office bearers, cause me mental harassment, damage my reputation in Uttarakhand and other states, incite riots, disturb peace and order, and create disturbances in Uttarakhand. Numerous audio and video recordings related to this matter have been posted on various social media platforms. Therefore, in addition to the provisions of the Indian Penal Code, the provisions of the IT Act have also been violated. Therefore, I humbly request that appropriate legal action be taken against the aforementioned individuals as soon as possible, considering the above-mentioned offense. Thank you.
