China keeps trying unsuccessfully from time to time to claim Arunachal Pradesh. Once again, China has changed the name of places related to Arunachal in its map. Now the statement of the Ministry of External Affairs has come to the fore. Foreign Ministry spokesman Arindam Bagchi said that this is not the first time that China has made such an attempt. We reject it outright. Arunachal Pradesh is an integral, inseparable part of India. He said that attempts to assign invented names would not change this reality.
In fact, on April 1, China’s Ministry of Civil Affairs issued standardized names of 11 places for Arunachal Pradesh, which it called ‘Zangnan, the southern part of Tibet’ in accordance with the regulations on geographical names issued by the State Council, China’s cabinet. Is. This list includes two residential areas, five mountain peaks, two rivers and two other areas. A map has also been released along with the list.

Name changed for the third time in six years
According to the Global Times report, the places China has decided to rename or ‘recognise’ include a place near Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh. This is the third time in the last six years that China has renamed Arunachal Pradesh. The names of places in the state have changed. China calls this part of Arunachal Pradesh as Jangnan province. Earlier, in December last year, the Indian government had said that it had seen reports of China trying to rename some places in Arunachal Pradesh “in its own language”.
