Jyotiraditya Scindia’s big attack on Rahul Gandhi, “fighting for self-interest, not democracy”

Jyotiraditya Scindia further said that the Congress party had never done this before. This time the reason for doing so is that special treatment is being given to Rahul Gandhi. In the case of defamation, a time limit of three months was given. But in the year 2013, the order of the Supreme Court came, in which it has been said that if the fault is proved against anyone, then his membership should be terminated immediately.
