Everyday local people come to this temple to worship. But even when the entire temple building and trees came down, the idols were not harmed. When the walls of the temple fell on the ancient Shivling, a small rock miraculously stopped these walls from falling on the temple. The heavy roof of the temple fell on the Shivling below, but came just 6 inches above the Shivling and remained stable. There was no damage to the Shivling. People said that the way Lord Kedarnath had protected himself in the Kedarnath tragedy, in the same way Bholenath did not allow rocks to fall on him here too.

When the information of this incident in the temple started reaching the people, a large number of people started gathering. People started making videos, started taking selfies. Videos of the incident are becoming increasingly viral on social media and everyone is calling it a miracle of Lord Bholenath. The part of the temple tree is being gradually cut and removed and the debris is also being thrown out of the temple.
