How much was spent on the construction of the new parliament house
According to media reports, 800 to 1200 crore rupees have been spent in the construction of the new Parliament House. Although India TV does not confirm this. This Parliament House built in the shape of a triangle has four floors. Under this, construction has been done in an area of 64,500 sqm.

There are three gates in the new Parliament House. It includes the Gyan Dwar, Shakti Dwar and Karma Dwar. The new Parliament building has been designed by HCP Designs, an architecture firm from Gujarat. At the same time, its construction work has been completed by Tata Projects Limited. This building has separate entrance for the entry of the PM and the President. It has 120 offices, which include offices of different ministries and the office of the Prime Minister. The Lok Sabha Chamber is spread over 3015 square meters which is based on the Peacock theme. In this, seating arrangements have been made for 888 MPs. CCTV cameras are installed everywhere in the new Parliament. Whereas the carpet brought from Mirzapur has been used. Whereas bamboo wood has been brought from Agartala. Ashok Chakra has been brought from Indore. The Parliament House is equipped with state-of-the-art communication equipment as well as it is paperless.
