Bharti Singh-Harsh got relief from the court

As per reports, the magistrate court kept the hearing pending while awaiting the reply of NCB, but neither the prosecutor nor the investigator remained present. The Special Court had said-

“It is not that the prosecution was not given an opportunity to oppose the application, but it is the fault of the prosecution that they lost this opportunity to file their reply.”

What is the matter?

After the death of TV and Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput in the year 2020, NCB investigated the drug case and many stars associated with the industry came under the radar of NCB. Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa were also in trouble after interrogating a drug peddler.

NCB also raided Bharti-Harsh’s house. The couple was arrested by the NCB for possession of 86.5 grams of ganja. However, the next day he was granted bail by the magistrate’s court on a bond of Rs 15,000.
