Minor Sexual Exploitation Case, Brijbhushan’s clean chit, closure report file in court, said – No evidence

The Delhi Police on Thursday filed a charge sheet in two courts against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, former president of the Wrestling Federation of India. A charge sheet was filed in Rouse Avenue Court on the allegations of 6 wrestlers. On the other hand, in the case of sexual exploitation of another minor, a 550-page closure report was filed in the Patiala House Court. Brij Bhushan has got a clean chit in this matter. The name of Assistant Secretary Vinod Tomar is also there in the charge sheet.

In fact, 7 women wrestlers had complained of sexual harassment against Brij Bhushan to the Delhi Police on 21 April. In this matter, Delhi Police had registered two cases on 28 April. The first case was on the complaint of 6 adult women wrestlers, while one case was registered on the complaint of a minor.

Changing the state of the minor flutter, the police said in the case of a minor wrestler, Delhi Police said in the Cancelation report, “There is no evidence of sexual abuse in the investigation. So this case is closed. ‘ Delhi Police spokesman Suman Nalwa said that in Pocso case we have appealed to the court to cancel the case on the basis of the father of the victim’s father and self-sufficiency. The minor wrestler had accused the sexual abuse on Brijhabhushan, but later changed the statement. The minor wrestler said that his sexual exploitation did not discriminate in wrestling trial. A minor wrestler has filed a statement in the court twice. In this case the next hearing will be on July 4. Court will decide whether the case will run in the Poxo Act against Brij Bhushan.
