Reread or make up your own theory; Supreme Court bluntly on challenging Einstein’s theory

The public interest litigation (PIL) filed by a person named Rajkumar came before a division bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia. The petitioner argued that these principles are wrong and have caused harm to thousands of people, hence they should not be taught in educational institutions.
In response, the Supreme Court urged the petitioner to re-educate himself or develop an alternative theory. Emphasizing that individuals cannot be forced to learn established scientific principles, the Court dismissed the PIL.
On the petition, the Supreme Court said, “Then you re-educate yourself or create your own theory. We cannot force anyone to refuse to learn. Rejected.” At the same time, just before this PIL, lawyer Raghav Awasthi had appeared in another petition demanding the creation of a National Traffic Management System. On this, Justice Kal said that we should impose penalty on such PILs. After this Raghav Awasthi took up the petition.
