During the war, after losing contact with four fellow soldiers, Israeli soldiers who went out to search for them were suddenly attacked by Hamas fighters, in which 9 soldiers died on the spot. During this, heavy firing and explosives were used by Hamas. With these deaths, 115 Israeli soldiers have died so far in this war. Let us tell you that on October 7, the terrorist group Hamas suddenly started attacking the border areas of Israel, in which 1200 Israeli people died. Apart from this, more than 250 people were taken hostage by Hamas fighters.
After this, Israel officially declared war and started attacking the Gaza Strip. First did aerial strike and then started ground attack also. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that the war will continue until Hamas is completely eradicated. According to Gaza health officials, Israeli air and ground attacks have killed more than 18,600 Palestinians, two-thirds of whom are women and children. Gaza city and surrounding towns have been destroyed.
About 19 lakh people have been thrown out of their homes. Israel also doubled its offensive on Gaza and said it would continue with its mission despite international criticism. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, referring to condemnation from the global community and warnings from ally America about changing public opinion about Israel, ‘We will continue the war to the end, there is no question about it. I am saying this despite immense pain and international pressure. Nothing can stop us, we will continue the fight till victory.
