Donation worth Rs 4500 crore was collected for Ram temple in a few days, know how many people donated

Do you know that the world’s largest donation campaign was launched for the construction of the Shri Ram temple that we are seeing today in Ayodhya? This campaign ran from 14 January 2021 to 27 February 2021. According to the information, people participated enthusiastically in this campaign which lasted for about 45 days. A total of about 10 crore people have donated Rs 2500 crore in the campaign.

Construction of Shri Ram Temple on 2.77 acres of land

According to the information, in the year 2019, the Supreme Court had given its verdict on the Ram Mandir-Babri Masjid dispute of Ayodhya. The court had given permission to construct Shri Ram Temple on about 2.77 acres of land. Apart from this, the Muslim side has got permission to build a mosque on 5 acres of land. Only after this decision of the court, the temple trust started a campaign for its construction in the year 2021.

Till now, about Rs 900 crore has been spent on the construction of Shri Ram Temple

It is estimated that the total cost of construction of Shri Ram Temple will be around Rs 1800 crore. According to the information, the construction work of the temple was started in the year 2020. It is being told that from 5 February 2020 to 31 March 2023, a total of Rs 900 crore has been spent in the construction of Shri Ram Temple. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the construction work of the temple on 5 August 2020. On January 22, the idol of Ram Lala will be consecrated in Shri Ram temple. All preparations for this have been completed. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust had taken this campaign in the country and abroad. In which more than 10 crore people donated for the construction of the temple.
