Six police officers of Uttarakhand will receive President’s Police Medal, these names including SSP Shweta Choubey

Six police officers of Uttarakhand will be honored with the President’s Police Medal on Republic Day. The names of ADG Law and Order AP Anshuman, IG Ridhim Aggarwal, Dehradun Police Captain Ajay Singh, Pauri SSP Shweta Choubey, Inspector Surjit Singh and Head Constable Laxman Singh are included in this.

Let us tell you that 35 Sarpanches of Chamoli, Uttarkashi and Pithoragarh, border districts of Uttarakhand, along with their husbands and wives, will witness the country’s 75th Republic Day Parade on January 26. On this special occasion, the Central Government has specially invited the Sarpanches of the villages covered under the Vibrant Village Scheme being run for the all-round development of the border areas, to the parade to be organized on the duty path.

23 Deputy Sarpanches of the border districts of Uttarakhand have also been invited on the duty path. Apart from this, beneficiaries of schemes like Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana, Women Self Help Groups, Farmer Production Organization etc. have also been invited.

There will be zero zone around the parade ground in Dehradun
Amidst the preparations for the Republic Day Parade, the traffic police has also released a traffic and diversion plan on Wednesday. There will be a complete zero zone around the parade ground during the Republic Day parade. No vehicles, vendors or carts will ply here. Along with this, the vacant grounds around the ground have been marked for parking of vehicles.
