Israeli soldiers get big success, Hamas terrorist who launched many rockets killed in air strike

The conflict between Israel and Hamas does not seem to be subsiding. Meanwhile, Israel Defense Forces said a Hamas militant responsible for several rocket launches was killed in an airstrike.

Wide-scale Israeli airstrikes also targeted operational tunnel shafts, rocket-launching and other Hamas infrastructure in Gaza. Meanwhile, the IDF said it had intensified operations in the Khan Younis neighborhood of Abasan, al-Qarara and the Hamad Towers district.

Firing between IDF squad and terrorists

Over the past 24 hours, gunfire broke out between fenced-in IDF soldiers and a seven-man terrorist squad inside a compound in the Hamad area. In this attack, the soldiers killed several terrorists, then directed an air strike which eliminated the rest of the squad.

Many major weapons and military equipment seized

Over the past week, Israeli forces uncovered extensive terror infrastructure, including a weapons factory, tunnel shafts, rocket launching positions and command centers between and beneath the Hamad residences. A large number of weapons, explosives and military equipment were also seized.

In central Gaza, a terrorist was identified entering Hamas infrastructure adjacent to troops with a suspicious object in his possession, according to news agency ANI. An aircraft was directed to eliminate the terrorist.
