The process of resignations from Congress party continues in Uttarakhand. Once again three big leaders of Congress have left the party from Garhwal Lok Sabha seat. Former state vice presidents Kesar Singh Negi, Naval Kishore and Deepak have said bye to Congress.

Kesar Singh Negi has been the state vice president of Congress Party. Naval Kishore has contested the 2017 and 2022 assembly elections from Pauri assembly seat on Congress ticket. Pauri block chief Deepak has also left Congress. There are discussions going on that these three big leaders who have left Congress may soon join BJP.

When three big leaders left the Congress, the party’s District President Vinod Negi said that all three were involved in anti-party activities. On which he has sent a letter to Congress State President Karan Mehra to expel him from Congress for 6 years. Congress District President Vinod Negi said that all three were close to Manish Khanduri, who had recently left the party. This is also a reason for his leaving the party. All three were accused of being involved in anti-party activities and then they were informed about leaving Congress through social media.

It is noteworthy that in the last 10 days, 7 big leaders of Congress have left the party. These include Manish Khanduri, MLA Badrinath Rajendra Bhandari, Harak Singh Rawat’s daughter-in-law Anukriti Gusain, Congress state general secretary Lakshmi Rana, former Congress MLA Shailendra Rawat, senior leader Ashok Verma and his son.
