Uttarakhand / Pithoragarh: Superintendent of Police did a surprise inspection of the police station

Pithoragarh. District’s newly appointed SP Rekha Yadav conducted a surprise inspection of Dharchula police station. During the inspection, he took stock of the arrangements including the police station office, warehouse, disaster equipment, records. Along with paying special attention to the cleanliness of the police station premises, he also gave instructions to repair the damaged buildings and furniture. Keeping in mind the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, instructions were given to run a checking campaign and take action against drug dealers and people involved in criminal activities.
