Erdogan said- send Netanyahu to Allah; Israel’s answer – No God will listen to Hamas’ friends, shame on you
Israel has recalled its ambassador from Turkey after Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s statement on Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. While addressing an election rally, Erdogan had talked about sending Netanyahu to Allah. Israel has hit back at Netanyahu’s statement.
Foreign Minister Israel Katz summoned the Turkish ambassador for remand. Katz has sent a message to Erdogan. It is written in it – You support the burning of children, the murderers and rapists of Hamas. You have no right to speak about God.
‘Shut up and you should be ashamed’
It is written in the message of Israel’s Foreign Minister that no God will listen to the friends of cruel Hamas. That Hamas which commits crimes against humanity. So shut up and be ashamed. On the other hand, America has said that if Israel conducts operation in Rafah of Gaza, millions of people will have no place to go.
US Vice President Kamala Harris said during a press briefing – I have seen the map. These people were asked to come here, now they have no place to go beyond Rafah. It would be a big mistake for Israel to take action in Rafah. Meanwhile, Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Galant is going to America.
Netanyahu war criminal
This is not the first time that Erdogan has made such statements regarding Netanyahu. Earlier, Erdogan had compared Netanyahu with dictators Stalin, Hitler and Mussolini.
Erdogan had called Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a war criminal. Erdogan had said – After the war between Israel and Hamas ends, Netanyahu should be prosecuted for war crimes.
Giving the example of former Yugoslavian President Milosevic, he had said – the way a war crime case was tried against Milosevic. The same treatment should be given to Netanyahu also.
Taunt on UN Security Council
- Erdogan also took a dig at the member countries of the UN Security Council. Said-
Britain, China, France, Russia and America are adopting a dual attitude. Now it has become very important that reforms should be made in the Security Council. At present, with the structure of the Security Council, it can never bring peace anywhere and we have many such examples in front of us. - In November, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey, an important member of NATO countries, defended the Palestinian organization Hamas which was attacking Israel. Erdogan had said during the meeting with party MPs – I will not go to Israel. Hamas is not a terrorist organization. Its members are Mujahideen who took part in the freedom struggle. They are trying to save their land and citizens. We are against attacks on civilians, even if they are Israelis.
