Uttarakhand: There was a stir after finding a male skeleton in the dense forests, police started identifying it

There was a sensation when a male skeleton was found amidst dense forests in Khetigad. Police arrived on information and took the male skeleton into their custody. The male skeleton is said to be five to six months old. Identification has not been done yet. Police has started identification.

There was a stir when a male skeleton was found amidst dense forests in Khetigad of Gram Panchayat Majhera, three kilometers away from the National Highway in Maneshwar of Lohaghat police station area. The male skeleton is said to be five to six months old. The villagers informed the police about this. After which the police reached the spot.

Looks like a skeleton of a man based on clothes
SHO of Lohaghat police station, Ashok Kumar said that on the information of the village head, he reached the spot and took possession of the human skeleton. He said the skeleton looked five to six months old. The skeleton appears to be male based on the clothing. He said that the male skeleton has been sent to the mortuary Lohaghat and the post mortem will be conducted tomorrow.

Police engaged in identification of male skeleton
The SHO said that the police has started identifying the human skeleton and further action will be taken after the post mortem report comes. The human skeleton will be cremated after 72 hours. Village head Ramesh Pandey says that some people went to the forest to collect grass when they saw this skeleton and informed the police.
