The doors of Hemkund Sahib will be opened for devotees on May 25. Hemkund Sahib will be inaugurated on May 22 from Rishikesh by the Uttarakhand Governor and Sant Samaj under the leadership of Panj Pyaras.

Let us tell you that last two days, under the leadership of Chamoli District Magistrate Himanshu Khurana, officials of every department of the administration and the manager of the Gurudwara Trust inspected on foot from Govindghat to Hemkund Sahib. Keeping in view the ground situation, the district administration and Gurudwara Management Trust have set a limit of 3500 pilgrims for darshan per day. Along with this, registration has been made mandatory for the travelers coming to Hemkund Sahib.
