Uttarakhand: Almora forest fire accident, Chief Forest Conservator visited the site, expressed fear of accident due to fire ball

Four forest workers were killed in a forest fire in Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary in Almora a few days ago. While four are fighting a battle between life and death. The Chief Forest Conservator visited the spot. Prima facie, the cause of the accident is believed to be a fireball.
Suspicion of accident due to fireball
Forest Minister Subodh Uniyal had ordered an inquiry into the matter. Along with this, the Chief Forest Conservator was instructed to submit the investigation report within 15 days. After which Chief Forest Conservator Dhananjay Mohan visited the spot. Prima facie, the cause of the accident is believed to be a fireball. Due to which the fire spread rapidly. And the employees did not even get time to save themselves.
Investigation report yet to come
According to the information received, during the investigation at the spot, a large amount of dry leaves of oak were found to have been dumped for many years. Along with this, there is also a steep slope at the spot. In such a situation, it is feared that the dry leaves which are very flammable. Fire broke out in them and after the fireball was formed, it must have spread rapidly and the forest workers came under its grip. However, the investigation report is yet to come.
