Kedarnath by-election will be held on November 20

It is worth noting that the Election Commission had announced the Kedarnath by-election on Tuesday, October 15. Voting will be held on the Kedarnath assembly seat on November 20. The result of the by-election will be declared after the counting of votes on November 23. Nominations for the by-election will start from October 22. The last date for filing nominations is October 29. Nominations can be withdrawn till November 4.

While on one hand the Kedarnath assembly seat by-election has been announced, the BJP has also announced the office bearers of its organization election. BJP leaders say that there is a huge difference between the preparations of the Congress and the BJP regarding Kedarnath. Senior BJP leader Vinay Rohila said that the BJP has already sent its vistaraks to the assembly constituencies.

Rohila said that after winning the Haryana elections, all the workers of the BJP are very excited. Soon the organization will announce its candidate for the Kedarnath by-election. Senior BJP leader Vinay Rohila says that the BJP works 24 hours and 365 days in preparation for the elections. The announcement of the elections does not make much difference to the BJP. He said that the Congress is not prepared. Individuals are appointed there.

BJP appointed election officers for the organization elections

On Tuesday, the BJP has also appointed officers for the upcoming organization elections. In the information issued as per the instructions of the central headquarters of the BJP, Rajya Sabha MP from Uttarakhand Naresh Bansal has been appointed the national election officer for the upcoming organization elections. Apart from this, MP Dr. K Laxman has been appointed the national election officer, while Uttarakhand BJP’s co-state in-charge Rekha Verma has been appointed the national co-election officer for the upcoming organization elections. MP Dr. Sambit Patra has also been made the national election officer. Let us tell you that the new national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party is to be announced in December, for which organisational elections are necessary. Therefore, the process for organisational elections in the states has also been expedited.
