Uttarakhand / Dehradun: A collector should be like this… DM Savin Bansal took cognizance of the city’s faulty lights, bought 1500 new lights in a single day, also appointed sector officers for monitoring
In compliance with the guidelines given by District Magistrate Savin Bansal to the Chief Municipal Commissioner Municipal Corporation to provide daily work progress of street lights, 500 street lights have been repaired by the teams of Municipal Corporation, 482 lights were repaired last day.
- Teams will repair 400 lights daily, DM gave the target
- The report of daily work progress is being provided to the DM,
- The teams have installed more street lights than the target achieved.
On the instructions of the DM, night patrolling teams are patrolling, along with this 04 sector officers have been appointed for monitoring the works. And out of 2800 repairing street lights from Meerut Workshop by ESL, 1260 lights have been made available to the Municipal Corporation.
