Uttarakhand: Action will be taken against those opposing the CM in Ramnagar, MLA Bisht will file a defamation case
Action will be taken against those who opposed CM Dhami, who reached the hospital to meet the injured of Marchula bus accident in Almora. Ramnagar MLA Diwan Singh Bisht gave this information while holding a press conference in his office on Wednesday, November 6. He said that he condemns those who opposed Chief Minister Dhami, who reached Ramnagar Hospital to meet the injured of Marchula bus accident on November 4. Action will be taken by identifying those who protested.
Ramnagar MLA Diwan Singh Bisht said that an attempt was made to spoil the atmosphere by opposing the Chief Minister. This was not an occasion to protest. Rather it was to express condolences. If there was a protest, it could have been done at any time. Talking to the Senior Superintendent of Police Nainital in this matter, he has said that strict action should be taken against whoever is guilty in the said protest.
The MLA said that some people have made personal objectionable comments on him on social media, which are completely baseless. Many allegations are being made against him regarding the hospital. He said that he will file a defamation case against such people in this case as well.
It is worth noting that many injured of the Almora bus accident are being treated at Ramdatt Joshi Joint Hospital in Ramnagar. When CM Dhami reached the hospital to meet the injured in the afternoon on the day of the accident, many locals and relatives of the injured protested against the CM and raised slogans. All those protesting were demanding to improve the poor facilities of the hospital and remove the hospital from PPP mode.
