Now the building of every Gram Panchayat of the state will be constructed in the form of this model design. The special thing is that special efforts have been made at the government level regarding this program. Through this, not only efforts are being made to increase the facilities in the Gram Panchayat through Panchayat buildings, but there is also an effort to get a similar Panchayat building for every Gram Panchayat of the state.
More than 5000 Panchayat buildings are to be built in Uttarakhand soon. These Panchayat buildings will now be constructed on the basis of the new model. The model that has been prepared for the Panchayat Bhawan will have a room for the Gram Pradhan. A room will also be prepared for the Panchayat Secretary. Similarly, there will be internet facility in this Panchayat Bhawan. A computer room will be prepared for this. In which all the work will be done online with the facility of internet. The roof of the Panchayat Bhawan has been left vacant to be used for other multipurpose works.
The National Village Self Employment Scheme in the state receives funds from the Government of India. Through this centrally funded scheme, Uttarakhand is given Rs 20 lakh for every Gram Panchayat. In such a situation, this budget will also be used for the construction of Gram Panchayat Bhawan. Apart from this, a blueprint was prepared to prepare Panchayat Bhawan in every village at the state level. In such a situation, the state government will also release the budget for this and take forward the construction of Panchayat Bhawan in all the Gram Panchayats.
Panchayati Raj Secretary Chandresh Kumar Yadav said that under this scheme, the works will be completed in three financial years. Through this, apart from the Panchayat representatives, the people of the village will also get its benefit.
