A woman died after delivery in a private hospital located at Idgah Chowk in Ganganahar Kotwali area of Roorkee. After the death of the woman, the family members created a ruckus in the hospital.

According to the information received, the family members of the woman told that on Tuesday morning itself they had brought the woman to the hospital for delivery. Where the doctors operated on the woman. After the operation, the family members were not given any information about the condition of the mother and child. When the condition of the woman deteriorated, she was being sent to a higher center in an ambulance without informing the family members.
Police engaged in investigating the matter
The family members told that when they saw the woman in the ambulance, she was not breathing. On this, the angry family members started a ruckus in the hospital. After getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot. But by then the doctors and staff of the hospital had fled. At present, the police has started investigating the matter and is preparing to take action against the hospital management.
