Adani Group will give 2000 crores to open 20 international level schools, has signed an agreement with this organization
Adani Group on Monday announced a donation of Rs 2,000 crore to open about 20 schools across the country. Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani had announced a huge donation of Rs 10,000 crore for philanthropic works at the time of his younger son Jeet Adani’s wedding. Before the schools, Adani Group had announced a donation of Rs 6,000 crore for the construction of hospitals and Rs 2,000 crore for skill development.
International level education will be provided
Adani Group’s Adani Foundation on Monday said that it has tied up with Gems Education, a leading private organization in the field of education up to K-12, to establish temples of education across the country. A statement issued by the foundation said, “With an initial contribution of Rs 2,000 crore from the Adani family, the partnership will prioritize making world-class education and learning infrastructure affordable for people from all sections of society.” Adani Foundation works in 6,769 villages in 19 states of the country.
Jeet and Diva’s wedding
Jeet Adani and Diva Shah were married on February 7 in a ceremony held in Ahmedabad. The wedding ceremony was held with simplicity and traditional customs. After the wedding, Gautam Adani blessed the newlywed couple for a happy life. He gave the newlywed couple the mantra of life and told them how they should work for the betterment of the society.
A huge donation of Rs 10 thousand crores on the occasion of Jeet and Diva’s wedding
Gautam Adani’s idea of charity is based on ‘service is sadhna, service is prayer and service is God’. A large part of this donation will be spent on infrastructure development of health, education and skill development.
