Uttarakhand: CM Dhami honored the SDRF jawans who were on duty in Prayagraj, handed over a cheque of ₹5 lakh

Prayagraj Mahakumbh has concluded. The soldiers who handled security and law and order in Mahakumbh have also left for their respective destinations. SDRF jawans of Uttarakhand also did duty in Kumbh. On Tuesday, CM Dhami met the SDRF jawans who did duty in Mahakumbh at CM residence and felicitated them.

CM Dhami congratulated the SDRF team for their services in Mahakumbh Prayagraj. He said that the experience of those who have given their services in UP’s Mahakumbh will be useful in every big event of Uttarakhand. Not only this, the state will also get the benefit of these in the upcoming Haridwar 2027 Kumbh. It will also help in organizing Kumbh in a grand manner. The confidence of our jawans has increased due to Prayagraj Mahakumbh. With this, we will be able to manage the crowd efficiently. CM Dhami honored the SDRF by giving a check of Rs 5 lakh.

CM Dhami said that it was a challenging task to handle the arrangements of the Mahasangam of Sanatan Dharma. With better arrangements and management, the head of the government of Uttarakhand along with UP has been raised high. This experience will prove to be helpful in the Kumbh of 2027. Our effort is to have a well-planned parking system for vehicles, for which the government is fully committed.

It is worth noting that the SDRF team of Uttarakhand has played a great role in organizing the entire Kumbh. Along with SDRF, many PCS officers of Uttarakhand also gave their services in this Kumbh.
