The Leader of Opposition said, ‘Questions are being raised on the voter list in the whole country. Questions are being raised on the black and white voter list in every opposition state and in Maharashtra. The entire opposition is saying together that there should be a discussion on the voter list in the House. You keep making it, we are accepting it, but you should discuss it.’

Apart from the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi has also posted on X regarding the voter list, in which he wrote, ‘The entire opposition is demanding a detailed discussion on the voter list in Parliament. It has been more than a month since my press conference on the irregularities in the voter list of Maharashtra. But the demands we had made to the Election Commission regarding transparency have not been fulfilled yet. The questions remain the same even today. Now new evidence of duplicate names in the voter list has come to light, raising even more new and serious questions. This discussion is very important to protect the values ​​​​of democracy and the Constitution.’

Speaking on the voter list, former Union Minister and Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal said, ‘The Election Commission is in the control of the government.
