After a long time, relief news has come for former Samajwadi Party MLA Irfan Solanki from Sitamau, Kanpur. Former SP MLA Irfan Solanki has got relief from Allahabad High Court in another case. Allahabad High Court has accepted his bail plea in the case of travel on fake Aadhar card.

In this case, a case was registered against Irfan Solanki in Gwaltoli police station of Kanpur in 2022. However, even after getting bail in the travel case on fake Aadhar card, Irfan Solanki will not be able to come out of jail. Now Irfan Solanki is yet to get bail in another gangster case. Irfan Solanki has been in jail for the last two years in this case.

Advocates Imran Ullah and Vineet Vikram have presented their side on Irfan Solanki’s bail application. At the same time, a single bench of Justice Ajay Bhanot in the High Court has given the verdict in this matter. On Monday i.e. March 10, Irfan Solanki and his brother Rizwan Solanki got bail in a case from the High Court.

Former MLA will not come out of jail now
Then a single bench of Justice Rajveer Singh had approved the bail plea of ​​both the brothers on charges of demanding extortion. Irfan Solanki will be able to come out of jail only after getting bail in the gangster case. That is, former MLA Irfan Solanki will not come out of jail now. He will be able to come out only if he gets bail from the court in another case.

Let us tell you that Irfan Solanki had won from Sisamau assembly seat of Kanpur on SP ticket in the last assembly elections. However, after being sentenced to seven years, his membership was lost and then a by-election was held on that seat. In this by-election, Irfan Solanki’s wife had won on SP ticket.
