Former Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand Radha Raturi got big responsibility, Dhami government issued order

Radha Raturi, who retired 5 days ago while working as the ‘boss’ of bureaucracy in Uttarakhand, has now been given the responsibility of Chief Information Commissioner. With this, Radha Raturi has become the first woman Chief Information Commissioner of Uttarakhand. Although speculations were already being made about this. But now Secretary General Administration Vinod Kumar Suman has issued orders in this regard.
Radha Raturi, who is retiring from the post of Chief Secretary on March 31, has now been given the responsibility of Chief Information Commissioner by the government. Radha Raturi is a 1992 batch IAS officer and has performed various responsibilities in Uttarakhand. The special thing is that Radha Raturi has also been the first woman Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand and she also got two extensions of 6 months each on this post. Recently, after retiring on March 31, efforts were being made to get her the responsibility of the post of Chief Information Commissioner. Proving these speculations true, the Uttarakhand government has issued an order regarding her post of Chief Information Commissioner.
Recently, an appointment has also been made to the post of Information Commissioner in the Information Commission
Before the appointment of Radha Raturi to the post of Chief Information Commissioner in the Uttarakhand Information Commission, the post of Information Commissioner has also been filled. Dalip Kunwar has been given the responsibility of the post of Information Commissioner in the Commission. Dalip Kunwar has been an IPS officer and he too retired recently. Dalip Kunwar’s last important posting was as SSP of Dehradun.
Radha Raturi had applied as Chief Information Commissioner a long time ago. Due to which there was hope of her appointment to the post of Chief Information Commissioner. Currently, Yogesh Bhatt and Dalip Kunwar are looking after the responsibility as Information Commissioners in the Commission and now Radha Raturi will look after the responsibility as Chief Information Commissioner.
Radha Raturi is originally from Jabalpur. Radha Raturi studied journalism. After that she also worked in this field. She was also a part of Indian Express Mumbai and India Today. In 1985-86, Radha Raturi became IIS. In 1987, she was selected in IPS. In 1988, Radha Raturi got success as IAS. After which she served in four states of the country. These include Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
