Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor’s husband and businessman Sanjay Kapoor died suddenly while playing polo in London on June 12 this year. His sudden death surprised everyone. Now after the death of Sanjay Kapoor, a dispute has started over his property worth 30 thousand crores. After the death of Sanjay Kapoor, there was also a tussle between his mother Rani Kapoor and wife Priya Sachdev over the property and now Karisma Kapoor’s children Samaira and Kian have also approached the High Court for their father’s property and have also accused stepmother Priya Sachdev of fraud.

Karisma’s children approached the High Court

According to news agency PTI, both the children of Karisma Kapoor on Tuesday approached the Delhi High Court demanding a share in their late father Sanjay Kapoor’s property worth 30 thousand crores. A petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court on behalf of Samaira-Kian, in which Sanjay Kapoor’s will of March 21, 2025 has been termed suspicious and fake. This petition is expected to be heard on September 10.

Serious allegations against Priya Sachdev

In the petition, Karisma’s children have claimed that neither their father Sanjay Kapoor mentioned the will nor their stepmother Priya Kapoor or any other person mentioned the existence of this will. It alleges that Priya’s behavior shows that this alleged will has been fabricated by her without any doubt. The complaint also mentions two of her associates, Dinesh Aggarwal and Nitin Sharma.

Samaira and Kian’s bonding with Sanjay Kapoor

According to the petition of Samaira and Kian, children of Karisma Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor, till the sudden demise of their father on June 12, 2025, the relationship between them and their father was very good. They often traveled together and vacationed together. Not only this, they also had regular participation in his business and personal work.
