Under the “Government for the People, at the People’s Doorstep” program, led by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the state government is continuously making significant progress in making public services effective, transparent, and accessible throughout the state. The daily progress report of the program for January 12, 2026, is evidence that the government is working on the ground with complete commitment to resolving the problems of the people.
A total of 312 camps have been organized across all 13 districts of the state. Through these camps, 236,478 citizens have been registered. 25,877 complaints were received regarding public grievances, of which 17,605 have been resolved quickly and effectively, demonstrating administrative responsiveness and efficiency.
With the objective of delivering government services directly to the people, 35,560 certificates have been issued by various departments at these camps. Additionally, 131,212 citizens have benefited from various welfare schemes, ensuring that the benefits of government programs reach even the most marginalized sections of society.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami stated that the state government’s goal is not merely to formulate schemes, but to ensure that their benefits reach the people directly. The “Government for the People, at the People’s Doorstep” program is emerging as a strong model of good governance in Uttarakhand. Resolving public grievances, transparency, and timely action are our top priorities. The state government will continue to strengthen this program further to ensure that every citizen has access to government services.
