Uttar Pradesh / Moradabad : BKU burnt the copies of the Agricultural Law Bill at Dalpatpur Toll

Farmers have been agitating for six and a half months for the return of the Black Agriculture Act. On the completion of one year of the Agriculture Act came into force on Saturday, the farmers burnt the copies of the Agricultural Law Bill at the protest site of Dalpatpur Toll in protest. The agitating farmers said that the government is trying to rob the applause by telling the agriculture law to be in the interest of the farmers, but the farmer knows that the government is doing all this to benefit the corporate houses. The farmer is not going to get any benefit from the agriculture law. BKU leaders continued to dharna on the toll for the tenth day on Saturday. In Kanth, along with the Tehsil President, in many areas, BKU farmers submitted memorandums to the administrative officers.

BKU leaders, who have been sitting on an indefinite dharna for ten days at Dalpatpur toll, burnt copies of the Agriculture Act Bill and raised slogans against the government in protest against the agriculture law implemented a year ago. Metropolitan President Ranveer Singh said that for six and a half months, farmers have been protesting for the demand of withdrawal of the law imposed by the government, but the government is misleading by saying that the agriculture law is in the interest of farmers by ignoring them. The government is not ready to celebrate anything of the farmers. Tehsil President Narendra Pratap Singh said that the agricultural law, which the government is praising the bridge, his colleagues lodged a protest by burning copies of this bill at the toll. The leaders said that in the coming elections, farmers will make this government feel their power. Dr. Charan Singh, District Vice President Ramoutar Singh, Block President Dharmesh Singh, Mehboob, Guddu Pasha, Rambabu Singh, Makhan Singh, Vikas Chauhan, Dr. Naresh, Ajaypal, Balveer Singh, Amarpal Singh, Siyaram etc. be present. On the other hand, under the leadership of Tehsil President in Kanth, the officials handed over a seven-point demand letter addressed to the President to the Administrative Officer. Dharamvir Singh, Mohammad Guddu, Haji Mohammad Imran, Navneet Vishnoi etc. were among those who gave the memorandum. Along with this, a memorandum was submitted to the police in-charge under the leadership of village president Shahrukh Khan in village Akbarpur.
