Himachal Pradesh : Successfully organized e-PTM with the participation of teachers and parents
Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur presided over the concluding event of Teacher Parent Dialogue: E-PTM through virtual medium here today. He said that the State Government was committed to provide high quality education to the students and the Har Ghar Pathshala program has got immense success even in the Corona pandemic, the credit of which goes to the officers, teachers, parents and students of the Education Department.
He said that e-PTM was launched on 4th June, 2021. 12,962 schools, 48,383 teachers and 6,76,792 parents participated in the e-PTM as compared to 12,500 schools, 42,400 teachers and 6,10,000 parents participated in the program last year. He said that under the Har Ghar Pathshala program, the education of the students has been going on continuously with the coordination of teachers and parents. He said that the program would be improved after considering the valuable suggestions given by the teachers and parents.
On this occasion, the Education Minister launched the dashboard of Har Ghar Pathshala 2.0 program, through which information about the participation of teachers, students and parents can be obtained.
Earlier, Govind Singh Thakur interacted with the team of Nahan primary Nahan YouTube channel of education block Nahan of district Sirmaur and appreciated their unique efforts for the education of the students.
On this occasion, State Project Director of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan Dr. Virendra Sharma welcomed the Education Minister and gave detailed information about the event.
