Dr. Vishal Garg said that trees are the habitat of many types of animals, in addition to trees for activities like balancing the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere, filling human life with various resources and preventing soil and soil erosion. He said that due to the global disaster of Kovid-19, severe shortage of oxygen has come before the society. Therefore, plantation will have to be adopted to defeat Corona. College Principal Dr. Sunil Kumar Batra said that Harela is not just a festival but a reflection of the lifestyle of Uttarakhand. It is a festival to maintain balance with the environment. Since Harela festival, preference has been given to socialist values instead of individualistic values. Dr. Batra said that keeping the environment clean should be everyone’s priority.
