Local people and UKD activists gheraoed the Doiwala Police Kotwali to search for the missing youth. Expressing outrage over the functioning of the police, people said that the police is not serious about the case of missing Subhash Joshi. The protesters demanded the recovery of Subhash from the police soon. On Sunday, UKD workers reached Doiwala Kotwali with the villagers. They gheraoed Kotwal Rajendra Singh Rawat. UKD leader Shiv Prasad Semwal said Subhash Joshi, a resident of Jeevanwala, has been missing since August 30. Its report has been lodged by the relatives and villagers in Doiwala Kotwali, but despite all the efforts, even after two weeks, the police has not been able to do anything special in this matter. Kotwal Rajendra Singh Rawat assured to reveal the incident within three days. After this the villagers and UKD workers calmed down and returned. Among those who gheraoed the Kotwali, UKD District President Sanjay Doval, Patron Kendrapal Singh Topwal, Pramod Doval, Seema Rawat, Pareshwar Joshi, SL Bijalvan, Rakesh Sharma, Sushil Bahuguna, Naval Amoli, Manoj Dhyani, Rani Bahuguna, Lata Panwar, Kusum, Radha , Babli, Sarita, Virendra Bijalvan, Paramjit Kaur, Anita, Om Prakash, Aditya, Mohan Joshi, Vinod Rana etc. were included.
