Shahrukh Khan’s first picture surfaced after son Aryan got bail

Aryan Khan, son of Shahrukh Khan, model Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant arrested in drugs case got bail from Bombay High Court. Aryan Khan got bail on 26th day after his arrest. Right now it will take one to two days for them to be released. However, many people have given their feedback regarding this. Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Manshinde said, “Aryan Shahrukh Khan finally got bail from the High Court. From the first day of his detention on October 2, there is no evidence, no consumption, no conspiracy in the case. .and neither is anything now.” The lawyer said that our prayer was accepted by Justice Nitin Sambre and granted bail to Aryan.

Let us inform that after the NCB raid on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai on October 2, Aryan, son of actor Shahrukh Khan, was arrested. A single bench of Justice N W Sambre also granted bail to co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the case.

“All the three appeals are allowed. I will pass a detailed order by tomorrow evening,” Justice Sambre said. Aryan’s lawyers then sought permission to grant cash bail, which was denied by the court and said that a surety would have to be given. Justice Sambre said, “I could have passed the order tomorrow, but I gave it today.”

Aryan’s team of lawyers will now try to complete the formalities for his release by Friday. Aryan, 23, is currently lodged in Central Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail in judicial custody. A case has been registered against all of them for possession, consumption of narcotic substances, purchase and sale of banned narcotic substances and conspiracy under appropriate sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act).

Actually this incident is of 3rd August. Where Herbertpur police got information about a fire in a house in Rambagh area. When the police reached the spot, they found the burnt body of an old woman inside. The owner of the house, Sanjay Singh Rana, identified the body as his wife Suresho Devi alias Vandana Rana. Earlier it seemed that the woman died due to burning in the fire but the investigation revealed the case of murder. In such a situation, today the police has arrested him. Murdered mother when he did not get money for drugs The next day of the incident, the husband of the deceased, Sanjay Singh, while giving a complaint to the police, told that his son Manmohan Singh used to live with his mother. He was addicted to drugs and often used to demand money from his mother. There used to be a lot of quarrel between the two when the mother refused. The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
