Uttar Pradesh / Bhadohi : BJP MLAs registering FIR in UP regarding viral news

There is a stampede in Uttar Pradesh BJP. Leaders are leaving the party one after the other. Rumors of BJP MLA from Bhadohi, Ravindra Nath Tripathi leaving the party also spread amid political upheaval. Tripathi’s resignation letter also went viral. Later, the BJP MLA said that his letter head was misused and a fake letter was prepared and he has not resigned from the party. The letterpad related to Tripathi’s resignation was shared on social media by many people, including journalist Rohini Singh. On this the MLA lodged a complaint with the UP Police accusing Rohini Singh of defaming herself and giving stress.
Actually, Rohini Singh had tweeted, sharing the letter head of the BJP MLA (which the MLA has described as fake), ‘Bhadohi MLA Ravindra Nath Tripathi also left BJP. But the official confirmation will come only when Keshav Maurya’s tweet comes that “Don’t know why Tripathi ji left BJP, he should reconsider his decision.”
On this tweet of Rohini, BJP MLA Ravindra Nath Tripathi complained to the UP Police. In his tweet, Tripathi tagged the UP Police and wrote that ‘Uttar Pradesh Police is requested to defame me on Rohini Singh under conspiracy, falsehood. Please take action by registering a case under the IT Act for spreading rumors and giving me mental stress.

pic.twitter.com/Ii90FTdtA0
Responding to this complaint of the MLA, Bhadohi police said that action is being taken at Gyanpur police station by registering a case under relevant sections. On the other hand, Rohini Singh has asked a question to the BJP MLA after registering a complaint with the police whether action will be taken against all those journalists and channels who have telecasted the news of your leaving the party?
In response, the BJP MLA wrote that ‘Whoever has spread the rumour, I am filing a separate case against everyone, in which you are also an accused, be a rumour’. Actually, seeing the letter head of the BJP MLA, no one had any idea that it is fake. So in no time this news started becoming increasingly viral on social media. After this the BJP MLA had to come forward to clarify.
So far, 6 leaders have left the party: Before the UP assembly elections, Swami Prasad Maurya has created problems for the BJP. Maurya claims that BJP is going to get a big blow on January 14. Six BJP leaders have left the party after Swami Prasad Maurya’s resignation. Apart from Maurya, former minister Dara Singh Chauhan, MLA Avtar Singh Bhadana, BJP’s Tindwari MLA Brajesh Prajapati, Bilhaur MLA Bhagwati Sagar and Tilhar MLA Roshan Lal Verma have left the BJP.
