Air India stops Delhi-Dehradun flight from Pantnagar, preparing to close the office

Air India has stopped Pantnagar to Dehradun and Delhi flights. It is reported that soon Air India will also close its office in Pantnagar and employees can be sent elsewhere. However, no official statement has been issued by Air India regarding this yet. It is being told that the company has taken this step due to tough competition from Indigo and SpiceJet.

Let us inform that the airline Air India started the operation of ATR-70 from Delhi to Dehradun and Dehradun to Pantnagar on 16 February 2021. It was a regular airline and went to Delhi from Pantnagar Airport via Dehradun.

Initially, due to fog, the service from Pantnagar to Dehradun and from there to Delhi was suspended continuously for several days. Due to which the company had to suffer a lot. From January 20 to February 28, Pantnagar to Dehradun airline operated only for four days in a week. At the same time, now once again this service has been stopped.
