Uttarakhand / Nainital : Evicted son beat up mother and sister-in-law after entering the house

The evicted son, resident of Mallital, entered the house and beat up the mother and sister-in-law. The police has registered a case against the accused son on the complaint of the mother.

Shaheen Khan, a resident of Mallital, has given a complaint in the Kotwali that he had evicted his younger son Hashim Khan alias Honey from the house and property in the past. But suddenly on Sunday, upon reaching home, the son attacked him with a suicide attack. The son beat him up with kicks and fists. Seeing this, when his eldest son’s wife came to intervene, the son beat up her too. Meanwhile, after the matter escalated, her husband and elder son also reached home. After this the son went out of the house abusing him. The woman has demanded action against the son. SSI Deepak Bisht said that a case has been registered against Hashim alias Honey, a resident of Mallital.
