Harsh Vardhan did not get a seat in the swearing-in of the new LG of Delhi, returned from the program

In a shocking incident, former Union Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan today staged a walkout over confusion in the seating arrangement for the swearing-in ceremony of the new Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Delhi Vinay Saxena. According to a report in NDTV, when asked about his return without completing the program, he told reporters that he has not even kept a seat for the Members of Parliament. Saying this, he got angry and left the ceremony.
His appointment comes days after Anil Baijal resigned from the post citing “personal reasons”. Saxena is the first corporate person to be elected to such a governorship. It is a well-known name in the Indian corporate and social sector with vast experience of over three decades.
Let us tell you that Vinay Saxena has taken oath as the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. He was sworn in as the 22nd Lieutenant Governor by the Chief Justice of Delhi High Court. Soon after the oath, Vinay Saxena also gave big signals. He said that as a Lieutenant Governor, I will work for the people. I will be more visible on the streets of Delhi less in Raj Niwas.
